• Visiting the website – IP address, browser type, list of pages visited, time of visit (analytics).
• Language selection – language preferences (GTranslate plugin).

• Contact form data – retained for up to 2 years from receipt, or until the end of the service relationship.
• Analytics data – Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google’s default setting).

We use the following third-party services, which may process your data:

• Google Analytics – website visit statistics. Data controller: Google LLC, USA. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
• GTranslate – automatic translation. Data controller: GTranslate OÜ, Estonia. Privacy policy: gtranslate.io/privacy
• YouTube / Google Maps – video and map embeds. Data controller: Google LLC, USA. May collect data even if the video is not played.
• WP Mail SMTP – sending emails. Data is transmitted through the configured email service provider.

All of the above service providers operate in accordance with GDPR requirements and/or EU–US data transfer mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses).
